Rob Egbert
Principal
Rob Egbert founded Haven Point Capital on a simple premise: real estate is best executed by people who understand it from the ground up. His career spans construction, development, and institutional investment management, giving him fluency across every layer of a deal, from site planning and entitlements to debt structuring, equity financing, and project execution.
Rob has been involved in nearly $500 million of real estate transaction value across residential, industrial, and land development projects. His approach is relationship-driven and rooted in aligned interests. Whether partnering with landowners seeking to unlock value without selling outright, or working alongside equity partners who want disciplined, experienced management, Rob focuses on creating structures where execution, trust, and long-term value are aligned.
Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University and remains active in the BYU Real Estate Alumni Program. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and competing on the pickleball court.
Edgar Silva
Construction Manager
Edgar Silva serves as Construction Manager for Haven Point Capital, where he oversees project execution, construction coordination, budgets, and schedules across the company’s development projects.
Edgar developed a passion for construction early in his career and has always enjoyed the process of bringing projects from concept to completion. He began his career with Megatel Homes as a superintendent, where he was responsible for managing residential construction from pad to finish for homes within his assigned community.
He later transitioned to Sunstone Properties Trust, where he served as Construction Manager and oversaw construction activity for more than 1,000 units. Through these roles, Edgar has gained extensive experience across all facets of construction and has developed a strong ability to manage teams, solve problems in the field, and keep projects moving forward.
Edgar is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects on budget and on schedule. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and taking care of his horses.
Davis Hansen leads acquisitions and financial analysis at Haven Point Capital, identifying investment opportunities, underwriting prospective developments, and guiding opportunities from initial evaluation through acquisition.
Prior to joining Haven Point Capital, Davis spent six years with Marcus & Millichap, where he closed more than 200 commercial real estate transactions totaling over $500 million in value. During that time, he underwrote hundreds of investment opportunities across retail, industrial, and multifamily asset classes, helping investors maximize long-term returns.
Davis earned a Bachelor of Music from Brigham Young University. He is fluent in Korean and has lived and worked internationally, bringing a global perspective, strong analytical mindset, and relationship-driven approach to every investment opportunity.

Emily Bartlett is a marketing strategist and creative professional with 20+ years of experience supporting executives and scaling businesses. Currently, she leads marketing and invstor relations at Haven Point Capital, managing the brand presence as the firm grows its portfolio and investor base.
Her background spans brand development, content strategy, graphic design, large-scale event and conference planning, and C-suite executive support — giving her both the creative range and operational precision to deliver across fast-moving environments.
Emily is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a BA in Marketing. Outside of work, Emily has served on numerous boards and committees dedicated to strengthening her local community, school, and church. When she's not giving back, you'll find her soaking up the Southern California sun with her husband and three daughters, whether that's at the beach or competing on the pickleball courts.
